Meeting rooms and Training Rooms
When you book a space for your meeting with SOI, you’re not just securing a private, conveniently located meeting room. You’re also gaining access to our friendly, dedicated staff to assist with the smooth running of your meeting. From your IT requirements, speciality catering or any other needs which may arise during your meeting.
SOI provides meeting rooms and training rooms for a once only need or for on-going meetings or training. If you have a more permanent or regular need, we have packages available too. If one of our current packages doesn’t meet your business needs contact us to discuss your unique solution.
The staff work hard to keep us feeling a part of SOI, our calls are always very well documented and passed on, and our mail is redirected regularly. At nearly every booking, we are able to book the room of our choice for our meetings. As in every business today, customer/client service is paramount and as Principal of Credence International, I am very grateful that our clients do not have to leave messages into an automated voicemail service. Lastly, can I say that as a small executive search firm we can compete on a world stage because we have the support services of SOI and the team. GO SOI!
All the meeting and training rooms are conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Wynyard Station, Barangaroo, King Street Wharf and Darling Harbour. You have the flexibility to book for either 1 hour, ½ day, a whole day or even a full week. With special packages available for 10, 15 or 20 hour blocks with great savings.
Rental hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and there is plenty of car parking within a 5-minute walk of our location. After hours meetings can be arranged by speaking directly with us so just give us a call on 9994-8000.

Our meeting spaces are equipped with fast wireless Internet, flipcharts, whiteboards plus teleconference phones. You also have the added advantage of a professional Telephone service (incoming calls with reception support) if this is required.
You and your guests are always greeted by a professional, friendly receptionist. Who is also available to assist with any additional service or support.
Larger Meeting Rooms to suit up to 6 people
These meeting rooms are perfect for those larger client or stakeholder meetings, as well as team meetings or training sessions and events requiring a little more space.
With a long list of inclusions and fully serviced by our friendly and professional staff. Inclusions to your hourly rental rate are fast wireless Internet, TV screens for your presentations, plus flipcharts or whiteboards, telephone conference phone and full reception service.
