All SOI community enjoy the benefit of accessing fully managed meeting rooms in both Chatswood and Sydney CBD. With a variety of different types of meeting rooms accommodating from 2-4, 4-6, 6-8, 8-14 plus training rooms accommodating up to 20 people or 40 people. All meeting rooms are fully equipped and include complimentary wifi, some include TV’s and smartboards.
All your utilities; internet, electricity, water, heating and air conditioning are included, so there are no additional bills to deal with or cost to be incurred.
We take care of every detail of the facilities, from security to cleaning, to receiving & delivering mail and parcels every day. Even fire wardens are on-site and fully trained.
