• A call management system designed to your specification, continually updated to meet the changing nature of your business.
• Full call diversion your calls can be diverted to any phone number. Our receptionist will hold the call and announce the caller to you, giving you the opportunity for a message to be taken on your behalf. Your clients will never speak to an electronic voice, they will always deal with our dedicated receptionist at all times. Call costs apply.
• 24- hour answering service with personalised call management from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm and voicemail or call diversion to a number of your choice outside of office hours. Our receptionist will retrieve all your voicemail messages every morning and email them to you.
• Personalised voicemail box with numerous options ie business hours and after hours messages, messages for each individual or each different departments; message notification; options to divert to mobile or home number and much more. You can retrieve your voicemail messages at any time from anywhere in the world.
• Your messages can be sent to your voicemail, emailed to you or sent by SMS to your mobile.
• A facsimile number for your business cards and letter heads.
• Mail collected and redirected on a daily basis.
