Our gold service virtual office package includes:

  • A dedicated phone number with all incoming calls answered in your company name.
  • A receptionist who will take the time to understand your needs.
  • A call management system designed to reflect your company culture, continually updated to meet the changing nature of your business.
  • Full call diversion your calls can be diverted to any phone number either local, mobile, nationally or internationally. Our receptionist will hold the call and announce the caller to you, giving you the opportunity for a message to be taken on your behalf. This message can be emailed to you, sent to your voicemail or sent by SMS.
    Your caller will never be put through to an electronic voice system, they will speak to our dedicated receptionists at all times.
  • 24-hour answering service with personalised call management from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm and voicemail or call diversion to a number of your choice outside of office hours.
  • Personalised voicemail box with options for numerous messages ie business hours and after hours; messages for each individual and or each department; message notification; options to divert to mobile or home number. You can retrieve your voicemail messages at any time from anywhere in the world.
  • Your messages can be held at reception, sent to your voicemail or emailed through to you
  • Facsimile number for your business cards and letter head.
  • Access to other facilities and services.
